These policies apply to all appointments booked through hiddengemnailspa.com or directly with our team.
Booking Policy
We are happy to accept walk-ins whenever availability allows; however, we highly recommend booking your appointment online in advance to ensure we can accommodate you.
If you have any inspiration photos or special requests, please let your technician know ahead of time so we can best prepare for your service.
All esthetic services must be booked online and in advance to allow proper scheduling and preparation.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
● Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
● Appointments canceled within 2 hours, or missed without communication, may be charged 100% of the service total, which must be paid prior to rescheduling.
These policies help us respect our technicians’ time and accommodate all guests fairly.
Late Arrival Policy
We completely understand that life happens! To keep our schedule running smoothly for all guests:
● Arrivals up to 15 minutes late may require a modified service to stay on schedule.
● Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled and may result in a 50% late-cancellation fee.
We will always do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.
Children Policy
We love being a family-friendly salon and want to ensure a safe and relaxing environment for
everyone.
● Children are welcome if they are receiving a service or are accompanied by a
supervising adult.
● For safety reasons, children may not roam the salon or be left unattended.
● If a child becomes disruptive or unsafe, we may kindly ask the guardian to step outside with them.

Child Supervision Policy
We love welcoming families to our salon!
To ensure a relaxing and safe environment for all guests, we kindly ask that parents supervise their children at all times.
Please note the following guidelines:
● Children must remain with their parent or guardian during the visit.
● For safety and sanitation reasons, children should not run, climb, or play in the salon.
● Equipment, tools, pedicure chairs, and product stations are not toys and may be unsafe if handled.
● Children who are not receiving a service must stay seated next to their parent.
● Our staff are unable to supervise children while performing services.
● If a child becomes disruptive or unsafe, we may need to pause or reschedule the appointment.
Clothing Policy
While we take great care during every service, we are not responsible for any damage to clothing. Nail products may stain, so we kindly recommend avoiding favorite or delicate items during your visit.
Service Adjustment Policy
We do not offer refunds on services. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment so we can evaluate and arrange a complimentary adjustment if appropriate.
Requests made after 5 days will be treated as a new service and charged accordingly.
Product Sales Policy
All product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on retail items.
If a product is found to be defective, please bring it back within 7 days of purchase, along with the original receipt, and we will be happy to exchange it for a new one.
